- Name — yours and your clients’ names, so the receptionist can address people properly.
- Email address — to send and receive booking messages and confirmations.
- Appointment and scheduling information — dates, times, services, availability, and calendar events.
- Messages submitted through the service — emails your clients send to the receptionist, and replies it sends back.
- Technical information necessary to operate the platform — basic logs, device, browser, and system data needed for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to schedule appointments, send confirmations and notifications, improve the AI receptionist, operate the platform, and provide customer support. We do not sell user data. We do not use calendar, email, or message data for advertising.
Cal.com calendar connection and data use
Alchemical Intelligence connects with Cal.com only after you authorize access. We use Cal.com to read availability, read event types, view bookings when needed to answer scheduling questions, and create or update bookings requested by your customers.
Calendar access is used only to operate the AI receptionist and schedule appointments. You can disconnect access at any time by contacting support or revoking access in Cal.com.
Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party services including Cal.com for scheduling infrastructure, Google Calendar for calendar events, email providers for sending and receiving messages, hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and security reviews. No system is completely immune to risk, but we work to protect your data responsibly.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to help disconnect calendar access.
