By using Alchemical Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and alchemical intelligence reception LLC.
Description of the service
Alchemical Intelligence is an AI-powered email receptionist and scheduling platform for small businesses. It reads booking emails, checks your connected calendar for availability, suggests openings, and books appointments automatically. It connects with Cal.com for scheduling when authorized by the business owner.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate setup information, maintain the security of your account and connected calendar integrations, use the service lawfully, and avoid misuse such as spam, harassment, or illegal bookings.
Accuracy of submitted information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by you and your clients, including contact details, appointment preferences, and calendar events. The AI receptionist acts on the data it receives, so incorrect information may lead to incorrect scheduling or communications.
Service availability disclaimer
We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be downtime for maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for missed appointments or losses caused by temporary unavailability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, alchemical intelligence reception LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid.
Intellectual property ownership
Alchemical Intelligence and all related software, branding, and content are owned by alchemical intelligence reception LLC. You retain ownership of your business data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Termination of service
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post revised terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
